Welcome to our iGaming platform solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

We provide white-label iGaming platform solutions, including casino software, game integration, payment processing, and technical support. Our services are designed exclusively for licensed operators in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted.

2. Eligibility and Licensing

To use our platform, you must:

  • Hold valid gaming licenses in your target jurisdictions
  • Be at least 21 years of age (for individual operators)
  • Provide accurate business and ownership information
  • Comply with all applicable gambling regulations
  • Maintain proper age verification systems for end users

We reserve the right to verify your licensing status at any time and suspend services if compliance issues arise.

3. Platform Usage

Our platform may only be used for legitimate, regulated online gaming operations. Prohibited activities include:

  • Operating without proper licenses
  • Serving players in restricted territories
  • Manipulating game outcomes or random number generators
  • Processing fraudulent transactions
  • Violating anti-money laundering regulations

4. Payment and Billing

Platform fees are outlined in your service agreement. Standard terms include monthly subscription fees, revenue share arrangements, and setup costs. All payments must be made on time to maintain uninterrupted service access.

We accept wire transfers and major business payment methods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to your specific contract terms.

5. Data and Security

You retain ownership of your player data and business information. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your platform but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You're responsible for maintaining secure access credentials and promptly reporting any suspected breaches.

6. Service Modifications

We continuously improve our platform and may modify features, pricing, or terms with 30 days' written notice. Critical security updates may be implemented immediately without prior notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for business losses, regulatory actions against your operation, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 60 days' written notice. We may immediately suspend access for non-payment, licensing issues, or terms violations. Upon termination, you retain access to export your player database and financial records.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
